SpeedTask（以下「本アプリ」）は、習慣の記録をカードのスワイプで行うアプリです。 本アプリにはアカウント登録がありません。氏名、メールアドレス、電話番号、住所、 生年月日、位置情報、連絡先、写真、広告識別子（IDFA）を取得することはありません。

1. 端末の中だけに保存される情報

次の情報はお客様の端末内にのみ保存され、当方のサーバーへ送信されることはありません。

• 習慣の名前、色、並び順
• 日々の記録（達成・パス）とその日時
• 1日の目標枚数、通知のオン／オフと時刻

これらは端末を初期化するか本アプリを削除すると失われます。 なお、iPhone のバックアップ（iCloud バックアップまたはパソコンへのバックアップ）を ご利用の場合、Apple の仕組みによりこれらのデータがバックアップに含まれることがあります。

2. 利用状況の統計

本アプリの改善のため、PostHog （PostHog, Inc.／米国）を利用して、次の情報を個人を特定しない形で記録しています。

• 端末ごとに自動生成されるランダムな識別子（お客様個人と結び付きません）
• 操作の種類（例: カードを1枚処理した、課金画面を開いた、通知を許可した）
• アプリのバージョン、OS のバージョン、端末の機種、言語、地域、タイムゾーン
• アプリの起動・終了、画面の遷移

お客様が入力した文字列は一切送信しません。 習慣の名前をはじめ、本アプリに入力されたテキストが外部に送られることはありません。

3. 購入に関する情報

アプリ内課金の状態を管理するため、 RevenueCat （RevenueCat, Inc.／米国）を利用しています。ここで扱われるのは、 購入の有無と状態、Apple が発行する購入情報（レシート）、および 端末ごとに自動生成されるランダムな識別子です。

決済そのものは Apple が行い、当方はクレジットカード番号などの 支払い情報を受け取ることも、閲覧することもありません。

4. 通知について

通知はお客様の端末内で作成され、端末内で表示されます。 通知の文面（残りの枚数や習慣の名前を含みます）が外部へ送信されることはありません。 通知は「設定」タブからいつでもオフにできます。

5. 情報を渡す先

これらの事業者は米国に所在するため、上記の情報は日本国外へ移転されます。 当方がお客様の情報を販売することはありません。

6. データの削除

• 記録の削除: 本アプリの「設定」タブから「すべての記録を消す」「習慣も記録も消す」を実行できます。
• すべての削除: 本アプリを端末から削除すると、端末内のデータは削除されます。
• 統計について: 第2項の情報は個人を特定しない形で記録されるため、 特定の方の分を選んで削除することができない場合があります。 ご要望があれば下記までご連絡ください。

7. お子様の利用について

本アプリは13歳未満のお子様を対象としていません。 13歳未満の方から意図的に情報を取得することはありません。

SpeedTask 利用規約

1. 適用

本規約は、本アプリの利用条件を定めるものです。本アプリをご利用になることで、 本規約に同意したものとみなします。

2. 禁止事項

• 法令または公序良俗に反する行為
• 本アプリの改変、リバースエンジニアリング、不正な複製・再配布
• 本アプリの提供を妨げる行為

3. アプリ内課金

本アプリには「SpeedTask プラス」という買い切りの商品があります。

• 自動更新はありません。月額・年額の課金は一切ありません。一度のお支払いで継続してご利用いただけます。
• お支払いは App Store を通じて行われ、購入の確定時に Apple ID に請求されます。
• 機種変更や再インストールの際は、課金画面の「購入を復元」から元に戻せます。 同じ Apple ID をお使いください。
• 返金は Apple の窓口が受け付けます。 reportaproblem.apple.com からお手続きください。当方から直接返金することはできません。
• 価格は変更されることがあります。変更前にご購入いただいた分に影響はありません。

4. 免責

本アプリは現状有姿で提供されます。記録されたデータの消失、通知が届かないこと、 その他本アプリの利用により生じた損害について、当方は責任を負いかねます。 大切な記録は端末のバックアップをあわせてご利用ください。

5. 規約の変更

本規約を変更する場合は、このページを更新します。

SpeedTask Privacy Policy

SpeedTask (the "App") lets you record daily habits by swiping cards. The App has no account system. We do not collect your name, email address, phone number, postal address, date of birth, location, contacts, photos, or advertising identifier (IDFA).

1. Information stored only on your device

The following never leaves your device and is never sent to our servers:

• Habit names, colors, and ordering
• Daily records (done / passed) and their timestamps
• Your daily card goal, and notification on/off and time

This data is lost if you erase your device or delete the App. If you use iPhone backups (iCloud or computer backups), Apple's backup may include this data.

2. Usage analytics

To improve the App we use PostHog (PostHog, Inc., USA) to record the following without identifying you personally:

• A randomly generated identifier per device (not linked to you personally)
• The kind of action taken (e.g. a card was processed, the purchase screen was opened)
• App version, OS version, device model, language, region, time zone
• App launches and screen transitions

We never transmit text you typed. Habit names and any other text you enter in the App are never sent anywhere.

3. Purchase information

We use RevenueCat (RevenueCat, Inc., USA) to manage in-app purchase status. This covers whether and what you purchased, the purchase receipt issued by Apple, and a randomly generated identifier per device.

Payment is handled entirely by Apple. We never receive or see your credit card number or other payment details.

4. Notifications

Notifications are composed and displayed entirely on your device. Their contents (including remaining card counts and habit names) are never transmitted. You can turn notifications off at any time from the Settings tab.

5. Who receives information

These companies are located in the United States, so the information above is transferred outside Japan. We do not sell your information.

6. Deleting your data

• Records: use "Erase all records" or "Erase habits and records" in the Settings tab.
• Everything: deleting the App removes the data stored on your device.
• Analytics: because the data in section 2 is recorded without identifying you, we may not be able to isolate and delete one person's data. Contact us if you have a request.

7. Children

The App is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

SpeedTask Terms of Use

1. Scope

These terms govern your use of the App. By using the App, you agree to them.

2. Prohibited conduct

• Anything unlawful or contrary to public order and morals
• Modifying, reverse engineering, or unlawfully copying or redistributing the App
• Interfering with the operation of the App

3. In-app purchase

The App offers one one-time purchase, "SpeedTask Plus."

• There is no auto-renewal. There are no monthly or yearly charges. One payment, used for as long as you like.
• Payment is charged to your Apple ID through the App Store upon confirmation of purchase.
• On a new device or after reinstalling, use "Restore purchases" on the purchase screen. Use the same Apple ID.
• Refunds are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com. We cannot issue refunds directly.
• Prices may change. Purchases made before a change are unaffected.

4. Disclaimer

The App is provided as is. We are not liable for loss of recorded data, notifications that do not arrive, or other damages arising from use of the App. Please also use your device's backup for records that matter to you.

If these terms change, we will update this page.
