収集する情報

本アプリは、氏名・メールアドレスなど、利用者を特定できる個人情報を収集しません。アカウント登録・ログインはありません。

記録された内容(調子・習慣の名前・その記録・メモ)は、すべて利用者の端末内にのみ保存され、外部へ送信しません。開発者を含む第三者が、その内容を閲覧・取得することはできません。

アプリの改善と購入の管理のため、次の外部サービスを利用しています。送る情報は、端末ごとにランダムに作られる匿名のIDと、下に挙げる項目だけです。

• RevenueCat(アプリ内課金の管理): 購入の履歴(どの商品をいつ購入したか)と匿名のID。購入の確認と「購入を復元する」のために使います。
• PostHog(利用状況の分析): 画面の表示や操作の種類(例: 「購入画面を開いた」「最初の設定を終えた」)、登録した習慣の数、課金の状態(おためし中・買い切りなど)と購入の結果、アプリの版、端末の種類と匿名のID。習慣の名前や入力した文字は送りません。画面の録画も行いません。

これらの情報は、利用者個人と結び付けず、広告や他社のアプリ・サイトをまたいだ追跡(トラッキング)には使いません。通信の際、利用者のIPアドレスが各サービスに届きます。

通知について

「今日の調子は?」という1日1回の通知を送る機能があります。これは端末内で完結するローカル通知で、外部のサーバーは利用しません。通知の許可は任意で、いつでもアプリ内または端末の設定からオフにできます。

購入について

アプリ内課金の決済は、すべてApple社が行います。開発者はクレジットカード番号などの決済情報を受け取らず、購入者を個人として特定できる情報も受け取りません。開発者がApple社から受け取るのは、販売数などの集計された情報のみです。

購入時のApple社による情報の取り扱いについては、Apple社のプライバシーポリシーをご確認ください。

データの削除

アプリを端末から削除すると、記録されたデータもすべて削除されます。上記のサービスに残る匿名の利用状況と購入の履歴は、利用者を特定できないため個別の削除はできませんが、お問い合わせいただければ可能な範囲で対応します。

適用

本規約は、本アプリの利用に関する条件を定めるものです。本アプリを利用した時点で、本規約に同意したものとみなします。

禁止事項

• 本アプリを逆コンパイル・改変して再配布すること
• 法令に違反する目的で利用すること

アプリ内課金

本アプリは無料で利用できます。調子と習慣の記録、おやすみ・卒業、データの書き出しといった基本の機能に、購入は必要ありません。

一部の機能は、以下のアプリ内課金で解放されます。

商品	価格	期間
1週間おためし	150円	購入日から7日間。自動更新はされません。
なみま ぷらす	1,200円	買い切り。期限はありません。

• 価格は変更される場合があります。購入前に、アプリ内の表示をご確認ください。
• いずれも自動更新される定期購読ではありません。解約の手続きは不要で、放置しても課金が続くことはありません。
• 「1週間おためし」は期間の制限だけがあり、解放される内容は買い切りと同じです。何度でも購入できます。
• 買い切りは、同じApple IDであれば機種変更後も「購入を復元する」から復元できます。「1週間おためし」は期間中に限り復元できる場合があります。
• 返金の対応は、Apple社の窓口でのみ受け付けています。開発者側で返金の処理を行うことはできません。reportaproblem.apple.com からお手続きください。

免責

本アプリは、習慣や気分の記録を補助する道具であり、医療・診断・治療を目的としたものではありません。健康上の判断は、必ず医療専門家にご相談ください。

本アプリの利用によって生じた損害について、開発者は責任を負いかねます。端末の故障・紛失・アプリの削除によるデータの消失についても同様です。

よくある質問:

• 記録が消えました — 記録は端末内にのみ保存されるため、アプリを削除すると復元できません。機種変更の際はご注意ください。
• 通知が来ません — 端末の「設定 > 通知 > Namima」で通知が許可されているかご確認ください。
• 買ったはずの機能が使えません — 課金の画面にある「購入を復元する」をお試しください。購入時と同じApple IDでサインインしている必要があります。
• おためしの期間が切れました — 記録の機能はこれまでどおり無料でお使いいただけます。3ヶ月ぶんの波と達成率も、引き続きご覧いただけます。
• 習慣を5つ以上登録したい — 1つのセットには4つまでという上限を、意図的に設けています。もう一方のセットをご利用ください。

Information We Collect

This app does not collect information that identifies you, such as your name or email address. There is no account registration or sign-in.

Everything you record (your daily condition, habit names, their logs and notes) is stored only on your device and is never transmitted. Neither the developer nor any third party can access it.

To improve the app and manage purchases, the app uses the following services. They receive only a random anonymous ID generated on your device and the items listed below.

• RevenueCat (in-app purchase management): your purchase history (which product and when) and the anonymous ID, used to verify purchases and to restore them.
• PostHog (usage analytics): which screens are shown and which kinds of actions are taken (e.g. "opened the purchase screen", "finished setup"), the number of habits you registered, your purchase status (trial, lifetime, etc.) and purchase outcomes, the app version, device type and the anonymous ID. Habit names and anything you type are never sent, and the screen is never recorded.

This information is not linked to you personally and is not used for advertising or for tracking across other companies' apps or websites. Your IP address reaches these services when the app communicates with them.

Notifications

The app can send one local notification per day asking how you feel today. It is generated on your device and no server is involved. Notifications are optional and can be turned off at any time.

Purchases

All in-app purchases are processed by Apple. The developer never receives your payment details, nor any information that identifies you personally. The developer receives only aggregate sales figures from Apple. Apple's handling of that information is covered by Apple's own privacy policy.

Data Deletion

Deleting the app from your device deletes all recorded data. The anonymous usage and purchase history held by the services above cannot be tied to you and so cannot be deleted individually, but contact us and we will help as far as we can.

Scope

These terms govern your use of the app. By using the app, you agree to them.

Prohibited Conduct

• Decompiling, modifying, or redistributing the app
• Using the app for any unlawful purpose

In-App Purchases

The app is free to use. Recording your condition and habits, resting, graduating, and exporting your data require no purchase.

Namima Plus	JPY 1,200	One-time purchase. Never expires.

• Prices may change. Please check the price shown in the app before purchasing.
• Neither item is an auto-renewing subscription. There is nothing to cancel, and you will never be charged again by doing nothing.
• The one-week trial unlocks exactly the same features as the one-time purchase; only its duration is limited. It may be purchased again.
• The one-time purchase can be restored on a new device with the same Apple ID via "Restore purchases".
• Refunds are handled solely by Apple. The developer cannot issue refunds. Please use reportaproblem.apple.com.

Disclaimer

This app is a tool for recording habits and moods. It is not intended for medical diagnosis or treatment. Please consult a healthcare professional for any health-related decisions.

The developer is not liable for any damages arising from use of the app, including data loss caused by device failure, loss, or deletion of the app.
