収集する情報

本アプリは、利用者の個人情報を一切収集しません。

• アカウント登録・ログインはありません
• アクセス解析ツールや広告SDKを組み込んでいません
• 記録の内容を外部へ送信しません

記録された内容(調子・習慣・その記録)は、すべて利用者の端末内にのみ保存されます。開発者を含む第三者が、その内容を閲覧・取得することはできません。

ネットワーク通信は、アプリ内課金の購入と復元のときにのみ発生します。この通信はApple社のサーバーとの間で行われ、記録の内容は含まれません。

通知について

「今日の調子は?」という1日1回の通知を送る機能があります。これは端末内で完結するローカル通知で、外部のサーバーは利用しません。通知の許可は任意で、いつでもアプリ内または端末の設定からオフにできます。

購入について

アプリ内課金の決済は、すべてApple社が行います。開発者はクレジットカード番号などの決済情報を受け取らず、購入者を個人として特定できる情報も受け取りません。開発者がApple社から受け取るのは、販売数などの集計された情報のみです。

購入時のApple社による情報の取り扱いについては、Apple社のプライバシーポリシーをご確認ください。

データの削除

アプリを端末から削除すると、記録されたデータもすべて削除されます。開発者側にデータは残りません。

適用

本規約は、本アプリの利用に関する条件を定めるものです。本アプリを利用した時点で、本規約に同意したものとみなします。

禁止事項

• 本アプリを逆コンパイル・改変して再配布すること
• 法令に違反する目的で利用すること

アプリ内課金

本アプリは無料で利用できます。調子と習慣の記録、おやすみ・卒業、データの書き出しといった基本の機能に、購入は必要ありません。

一部の機能は、以下のアプリ内課金で解放されます。

商品	価格	期間
1週間おためし	150円	購入日から7日間。自動更新はされません。
なみま ぷらす	1,200円	買い切り。期限はありません。

• 価格は変更される場合があります。購入前に、アプリ内の表示をご確認ください。
• いずれも自動更新される定期購読ではありません。解約の手続きは不要で、放置しても課金が続くことはありません。
• 「1週間おためし」は期間の制限だけがあり、解放される内容は買い切りと同じです。何度でも購入できます。
• 買い切りは、同じApple IDであれば機種変更後も「購入を復元する」から復元できます。「1週間おためし」は期間中に限り復元できる場合があります。
• 返金の対応は、Apple社の窓口でのみ受け付けています。開発者側で返金の処理を行うことはできません。reportaproblem.apple.com からお手続きください。

免責

本アプリは、習慣や気分の記録を補助する道具であり、医療・診断・治療を目的としたものではありません。健康上の判断は、必ず医療専門家にご相談ください。

本アプリの利用によって生じた損害について、開発者は責任を負いかねます。端末の故障・紛失・アプリの削除によるデータの消失についても同様です。

よくある質問:

• 記録が消えました — 記録は端末内にのみ保存されるため、アプリを削除すると復元できません。機種変更の際はご注意ください。
• 通知が来ません — 端末の「設定 > 通知 > Namima」で通知が許可されているかご確認ください。
• 買ったはずの機能が使えません — 課金の画面にある「購入を復元する」をお試しください。購入時と同じApple IDでサインインしている必要があります。
• おためしの期間が切れました — 記録の機能はこれまでどおり無料でお使いいただけます。3ヶ月ぶんの波と達成率も、引き続きご覧いただけます。
• 習慣を5つ以上登録したい — 1つのセットには4つまでという上限を、意図的に設けています。もう一方のセットをご利用ください。

Information We Collect

This app collects no personal information.

• No account registration or sign-in
• No analytics or advertising SDKs
• Your records are never transmitted anywhere

Everything you record (your daily condition, your habits, and their logs) is stored only on your device. Neither the developer nor any third party can access it.

Network communication happens only when you make or restore an in-app purchase. That communication is with Apple's servers and contains none of your records.

Notifications

The app can send one local notification per day asking how you feel today. It is generated on your device and no server is involved. Notifications are optional and can be turned off at any time.

Purchases

All in-app purchases are processed by Apple. The developer never receives your payment details, nor any information that identifies you personally. The developer receives only aggregate sales figures from Apple. Apple's handling of that information is covered by Apple's own privacy policy.

Data Deletion

Deleting the app from your device deletes all recorded data. No copy remains with the developer.

Scope

These terms govern your use of the app. By using the app, you agree to them.

Prohibited Conduct

• Decompiling, modifying, or redistributing the app
• Using the app for any unlawful purpose

In-App Purchases

The app is free to use. Recording your condition and habits, resting, graduating, and exporting your data require no purchase.

One-week trial	JPY 150	7 days from purchase. Does not renew automatically.
Namima Plus	JPY 1,200	One-time purchase. Never expires.

• Prices may change. Please check the price shown in the app before purchasing.
• Neither item is an auto-renewing subscription. There is nothing to cancel, and you will never be charged again by doing nothing.
• The one-week trial unlocks exactly the same features as the one-time purchase; only its duration is limited. It may be purchased again.
• The one-time purchase can be restored on a new device with the same Apple ID via "Restore purchases".
• Refunds are handled solely by Apple. The developer cannot issue refunds. Please use reportaproblem.apple.com.

Disclaimer

This app is a tool for recording habits and moods. It is not intended for medical diagnosis or treatment. Please consult a healthcare professional for any health-related decisions.

The developer is not liable for any damages arising from use of the app, including data loss caused by device failure, loss, or deletion of the app.
